The Festival

Join us Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at the Kimbell Building in Downtown Bryan for an evening of storytelling through song and poetry — where voices rise to speak of healing, belonging, and the human experience. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the show starts at 6:00 PM.

The festival is free and open to all. Gather with us as we spotlight local and regional performers whose words remind us that we’re never alone in what we feel.

During the festival, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with community resources such as Roots Psychotherapy, School of Rock, and Sexual Abuse Resource Center (SARC), join the Emotional Honesty Club, explore festival merch, and leave your mark on our Emotional Honesty Wall. Light refreshments will be served.

We will close out the night with two incredible performances from the student bands at School of Rock.
